Text In collaboration with Fraunhofer Institute, the potential of incremental sheet forming for mass-customized facade metal panels is investigated. Various materials were tested, end-effectors developed and toolpaths optimized. During this research phase, feedback routines were implemented via torque force sensor data and further performance improved. The ongoing research aims at the development a market-ready production framework.
